Minoan Tours rental terms
- National Driving Licenses issued in EU, & UK are accepted. Citizens of all other countries are required to have a valid International Driver’s License along with their regular Driver’s License.
- The rental rates are calculated for pick up and return in the same place.
- The rental rates are calculated on a 24-hour basis.
- Bookings that are not confirmed are not valid.
- INSURANCE IS NOT VALID: If the driver’s license has not been issued at least one year before the rental date and the driver is not at least 23 years old. If occurs that: the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Violated the Greek traffic law. Was driving with a flat tire or with the temperature indicator “lit – high”. If the vehicle is being driven off-road or on unpaved roads. For any personal belongings. For damages caused by a driver that is not registered in this rental contract. For loss of vehicle keys or for damages to the vehicle’s interior.
- Our office will not cover damage from drivers not listed on the rental agreement.
- We do not rent cars to any customer below the age of 23 years.
- Cancelation policy. Cancelation is free of charge up to five days before the pickup date
- Ferrying the car is not allowed. If you wish to ferry the car you need to have written approval from our company.
